Hi Michelle Sorry for the delay in replying. We are having internet connection issues at our house and i am only in the office Tuesday a.m.. The board meets this Saturday and I am sure they will approve your list so go a head and set your program. Starting on the 8th will be absolutely fine. I can offer another prayer class on the 1st. You can collect a key from Rose anytime the office is open Mon noon to 4 Tues & thu 8- noon. I'll ask Rose to get the paper work ready for you. Mike and I have yet to purchase the laptop or work out how to set it up!! Once we have the laptop maybe you and your husband could meet Mike & I at church one evening and we can work it out together.

Still waiting to hear from you so I can give you my tentative movie schedule by your 3/21 deadline as per the action plan, and also so I can request some movies from you netflix acct before you go off on your retreat. I do have some movies already. One thing of importance (& I do apologize for this oversight), I just realized I am going to be out of town for spring break which for me starts Th April 1. Could another volunteer begin the movie series or could we start it on April 8 (the latter is my preference). Also, who/what/when will I get keys & instruction to the media setup. I was under the impression I had to have the list approved by the board so I thought I would see about identifying & ordering specific movies after they had given the Ok from the list. I may be able to get a few movies on my own. I would like to do a comedy every other time, then another genre alternating times. I will consider movies w/adult content but am not likely to choose movies like "Dead Man Walking" which is pretty graphic from what I understand.
